Yeah, that's absolutely fucking silly. As I said, I've already had an instance where someone tried to say I sexually harassed them (wasn't a rape claim but honestly, same logic applies) and if I didn't have proof that their claims were patently false I would have been in big trouble.

Again, I was not in the wrong and was able to prove that. To say that only the guilty need to be worried is one of the stupidest fucking things I've ever read. I don't need validation from anyone on these forums because my life experiences already tell me that anyone who disagrees is wrong. I think "catching charges" is basically an excuse to not leave comfort zones and actually pursue a women and you think it's real and dangerous - fine.
