If 100+ people with absolutely zero connection to each other other than all living in ghetto NYC, can they all be charged with cumulative harassment of a woman?

A claim I'd love for you back up with some sort of evidence.
Maybe a bunch of these motherfuckers have poor social skills. You might just be right but when we start talking about other people's motivations we get into some really murky waters.

For evidence, I guess I'd point to that video. The whole point of it is that the woman is doing all the "right" things to avoid street harassment - dressing nondescriptly, walking with purpose, not making eye contact, and she still has dozens of dudes hollering at her. So those dudes either (incorrectly) see something about her that makes them think she'd be receptive (the "poor social skills" argument), or they think that any woman would want to talk to them (which is pretty egomanical and obviously incorrect) or they don't care whether she wants to talk to them or not, they just want to holler (which is kinda sociopathic).

No matter how you slice it, the dudes look bad - either they have poor social skills or don't give a fuck whether any particular woman would want to talk to them - and this video should make that clear.

Culture shock time; am I the only one here who grew up poor and knows that a lot of "ghetto" girls (on average) are quite receptive to this kind of behavior when compared to others?

I knew I was harassing you by (poorly) attempting to drum up a conversation with you on this fine day... said no one ever.

Not true in some areas.

Don't get me wrong, I am not a fan of the whole catcalling shit, but just saying "hi" or "god bless" shouldn't be silenced because some introverts can't handle it. That goes to the extreme. And I think this world would be a sad place that no one can say hi on the streets for being afraid of being called a harasser. That's insane. I am married with two kids and I will still say "hi" to people walking by. I don't do it because I think they are hot, I do it because I grew up knowing that is the polite thing to do.

New Yorkers don't speak for all Americans.

I also call bullshit on LA being the exact same or I am insanely more repulsive than I think because I have only had nice people talk to me, none of this shit.

Can we stop this? You being there greatly decreases the chance of anyone catcalling them. Unless you are following a good distance ahead/behind them, your experience of being with a hot girl and not seeing any catcalling is meaningless.
