The video isn't confusing. The idea that feminism is such a huge movement right now when that video shows it happens to both genders yet no one seems to care is what confuses me.

I honestly think the video suggests that there is something fucked up with NYC's culture in general.

I know catcalling happens elsewhere, but it seems to be rather extreme in NYC, and if it really is happening to both genders than it's probably more than just a guy vs. girl thing.

I am fats, so that can definitely be a part of it, but I have never heard them when I walk the streets (not just at me, but at anyone else walking by).

Hi and God Bless I hear but not in a catcalling way. But again, I haven't walked all over the US. So others may have different experiences. It just seems strange that I walk LA SO much and never hear it considering LA is a huge city too, and I don't exactly live in a high-income area either.
