Just did my wife, she got a 120, proud to be in a god-tier 300+ family status.

What about the plebes who make between 250k and 1million?
Feel like I can't accurately represent my fiancees privilege. Still got a shitlordish 105
Why would I ever feel sad?
You need to check my privilege.
According to the actual test I'm at 140, even better.
Lets go tell some women they can't play video games and then shoot minorities.

I don't really agree with him conflating the idea of masculinity with narcissism but there's a lot I agree with.
I also don't believe that one would necessarily need be considered feminist to espouse such views (considering he says a lot of what the oh-so-hated MRAs also say).
Either way, he sounds like a pretty decent dad at the very least.
So, you remember that weird self-flagellating art thing Shia LeBeouf was doing where he sat in a room with a bunch of people who chose from a range of tools of punishment and didn't move or acknowledge them as they hit him, screamed at him, etc.? Well, during one recent performance a woman actually got on top of him and had sex with him until security pulled her off him, and he's been quoted as saying he believes he was raped. Or, as a sizeable portion of the news media and general public opinion puts it, he's just blowing it out of proportion for publicity.
So with all this talk about how Yes Means Yes and nobody's ever asking for it and we should support victims instead of blaming them and getting in front of the UN to declare that feminism is about gender equality and helps men as much as it helps women, I'd like to express how touched I am by how feminists have banded together to react to this situation, and share probably the most poignant feminist response to this whole situation, which I feel frames exactly what I think it is that makes feminism as relevant as it is these days.
Spoiler: show
And this is part of why the whole "feminism helps men too" thing rings hollow.
every modern 'performance art' i've seen is a cry for attention. i believe the people were told or it was somehow implied that they could interact with the 'installation' however they wanted, so no not rape. .. but then again im not a feminist calling for consent forms to be signed in triplicate.
yeah, he's doing great work with the people he's targeting (a certain type of man with his own unique problems, the rapists/misogynists).
Issues come when you start trying to send that message to ALL men. It gets complicated. There are nuances in being "the best man you can be" or "the best woman you can be". Like, all the advice he put out there is next to worthless for a guy like me. It's either not enough of an explanation OR it's just another attempt at making things a simple bad or good. Life's not that easy
For instance, he talks about narcissism and narcissism is bad, right? Well, no, it can be either or. It's grandiosity vs entitlement. Grandiosity is good, entitlement is bad. Same goes for the "toughen up" thing - sometimes there is VERY GOOD REASON for why men's culture has evolved the "toughen up" mindset and some men out there NEED some toughening up. ANYTHING you talk about can be good or bad... unless you're talking to criminals or the retarded. Then you've gotta use dichotomous language
And lol@ the advice to college students who are out to "conquest women". I realize Terry was put on the spot with that question and couldn't give the thoughtful answer it deserves but.. that's basically worthless to kids who want to "conquest women". You need to give them an alternative that is more satisfying than "conquest of women" and not something akin to, "just don't do that shit, ya know?" (@~19:30 for those who want context).
