What the fuck are you even arguing about? You were sarcastic in your previous post? That called being a bitch. Stop being a Bitch and don't ftip-tap around without ever presenting a counter-argument.

THE SEXODUS, PART 1: THE MEN GIVING UP ON WOMEN AND CHECKING OUT OF SOCIETY
I marked the spot-on-message in this quote red btw.
"I can tell you as a heterosexual married male in management, who didn’t drop out of society, the message from the chicks is: 'It's not just preferable that you should fuck off, but imperative. You must pay for everything and make everything work; but you yourself and your preferences and needs can fuck off and die.'"

How the fuck was I being a bitch?
His argument was "Look, heres a facebook post from feminists, look how much they care about men", that in 48+ hours got 6 likes on the article, and 8 likes on top comment, in over 48 hours. Thats his argument of "look how much they care". And I presented a counter argument stating that I get more likes when I update my profile picture. Do I have to show my fucking profile picture with proof that I get more likes than that?
Spoiler: show
Last warning. Cool it with the name calling, all of you. Next time I see it will result in infractions.
Are you actually trying to quantify whether feminists care about male rape by the number of likes on a Times article? I posted the screenshots to show the substance of the comments made, which are foundational, typical everyday comments made on issues like this.
But wait guys, there wasn't enough likes.
They should have dropped this down to 10 or so. Some of them are just straight up false.
#3 "i can doxx myself, without fear of being harassed" for example.
Four comments lol...and two of them could be from the same person.
So much support. I hopped on Time's FB page to find out how this article relates to the other ones, and it seems Time posts so much shit on their facebook, its already been drowned away by other stuff.
But lets just compare this now. That posting, that was at least 48 hours old at the time of your screen grab, got 6 likes and 4 comments (two of which could have been the same person), and zero shares. Lets compare it to this:
in 15 minutes, this bullshit article got 70 likes, 13 shares, and 11 comments (one of which took the time to accuse time of spamming bullshit, no shit theyre spamming bullshit, its a fucking company trying to clickbait as much as possible)
How about this:
in 24 minutes, this article about Chris Rock and Jerry Seinfields reactions to the Bill Cosby scandal got 41 likes, 2 shares and 18 comments (not including nested replies).
Meanwhile, the article about LeBoeuf saying he got raped at his #iamsorry thing, in 48 hours, got 3.5 comments and 6 likes. I'm not saying "likes matter", I'm saying the source you're referencing as your support is garbage, and its working against whatever your point you were trying to get across.
Lol at the comments in the Cosby article for this thread
Just how many people do you think are in the local feminist group of my university? Surely you don't think there's as many people as Time's group. I'm literally making an assumption about your base level of intelligence here.
The amount of likes is consistent with any other article posted there daily.
You just said it was a Time article, and now you're saying its your university. Make up your mind.
sooo how many likes vs members did it get in your group then?
Guys, if feminists aren't making a huge deal out of a man being raped, it just shows once again that feminists don't prioritize men's rights like everyone should!
That entire article is a pretty good read and resonates in a way that worries me. It's true that more and more there's this cultural standard being constructed where it's unacceptable for men to make any sort of romantic/sexual advances on women, while simultaneously they're still expected to on some level and it just leaves some people extremely confused about how to proceed. The fact that this exact same pattern has played out in laboratory testing with catastrophic results should also fill us with unease. The parallels are a bit too similar to dismiss offhandedly, but I don't know how we're supposed to correct it other than to recognize them and hope that awareness will eventually shed some additional light on the issue and allow us some means of correcting it in the future.
I think you're conflating birth control with feminism.
Easy access to birth control (and destigmatizing female sex) are huge feminist issues - I'm not conflating anything lol, I'm giving credit where it is due
