So, I'm not an expert on non-profit organizations, but does this mean she will have to make public disclosures about how she's using her money now?

Yes, I think she also has to break down expenditures between money spent directly supporting the causes it espouses and 'overhead' (i.e. what she pays herself) in IRS Form 990 every single tax year. Here's an example filed by PETA in 2013. It's dry reading but have at it.

That, and what the commentators were saying made me lulz. I never had to "work out those beach muscles" to do pull ups, and I averaged 15. All I did was the daily grind type of crap. I don't deny that women don't have the "GOTTA WORK THE UPPER BODY!" that a lot of guys have, but Imma go out on a limb and say that biology has more to do with the issue than culture, particularly given the women I knew in the Corps... most of them did a hell of a lot more working out than I did, and if there's a 55% failure rate in the *MARINES*, I have a hard time seeing this be a program that gets over a 75% success rate, regardless the training regimes.

My favorite part was the insistence that women failing at a high rate means that the test is obviously wrong, and not that there's simply a difference between men and women. Pull ups (chin ups, whatever) are a perfectly viable way to test if someone is physically capable of performing a task that will be demanded of them in their job.

Philly sports radio on sunday were discussing which major men's US sport would have its first roster spot go to a woman. The hosts put it at 30 or so years and he thought it would be a junk ball pitcher in the MLB. I could see maybe a place kicker in the NFL since outside of Janikowski they aren't known as terribly bulky and biology would matter less.

I don't know that there are women who can hit 45 yarders really. Junkballer probably has a better shot, isn't there one in Japan right now?

I'd imagine catcher would be the easiest thing to play?

Never need to throw outside the diamond.

Thing is, American league has the designated hitter which in most cases is the pitcher's spot in the batting order.

Catcher is probably the most demanding position in baseball. Either a Pitcher or maybe First base would be significantly better.

I was thinking less in terms of difficulty or skill and more in terms of physical limitations.

I would think pitching to require a lot of upper body strength and benefit from having longer arms.

2nd base would be the ideal location for a nimble player that doesn't have much limitation on physique. Typical ground balls will be thrown to first or lobbed to the short-stop at second. As long as they can be quick to catch a stolen base, a line drive, a ground ball, and throw it among the diamond, anyone could handle it.

Yo, I already brought up the reason for why any position outside of pitching would fail. AL pitcher only. But wasn't there a woman goaltender in the AHL at one point ?

If yoy can throw a good knuckleball though, most of that doesn't matter.

They had their first gal show up at the open combines earlier this year. She was so far behind every dude, she basically left without being asked to leave. It MAY happen someday, but at the rate the NFL is growing its players, I doubt it. Kickers still need to be able to tackle (or at least give a good laugh at their attempt).

I don't know if it's "major" or not in the US, but my bid would be to soccer. It requires more lower-body conditioning than upper body strength, and a super-strong technique can overcome a host of weaknesses. It would take a hyper-talented gal to make it happen, but I could see it. Especially since soccer seems the most primed of the major sports to offer up a roster spot for publicity, and the soccer crowd strikes me as the group to be most taken by it.

Actually just looked it up, Tampa Bay Lightning played a female goalie in an exhibition game. Not sure that counts really.
