I asked one of our new black call takers if she understood why we couldn't change a tire if it didn't have a rim. She said no. I asked her if she knew what a rim was. She said it's a shiny accessory and only worth getting if they are 18's or bigger

And now I'm going to complain: Only in florida does everyone drive 5 mph UNDER the speed limit COLLECTIVELY. It's not just this one douchebag in the fast lane, it's the passing lane and the slow lane all driving the same motherfucking speed -- SLOW AS FUCK.

I was on the fucking highway ffs and we were going 60 or even 50! At some points. You do that shit in NJ and you get fucking rear ended. 80 mph min there, fuck florida drivers.
