Lots of rumblings about Phoenix possibly contracting. If this is the case, this would be an interesting for the NHL. A draft would be required and make this off season fun. An extra 30 days for the owners on the lease seems a move to buy time. At this point, the NHL should just walk away from Phoenix. NHLPA probaly not impressed about contracting, but at this point might be the best option for both sides.
The threat of contracting is a huge bargaining chip for the NHL in the labor negotiations. I don't think they would consider it unless absolutely necessary. It's not a good sign that Jamison is apparently coming up 20 million short. There's also been rumors that his investors are starting to get skittish and are about to pull out.

Ok. Which player you want for your team? I assume higher the standing, low on the totem pole on when you draft.
Ekman-Larsson, Yandle, Boedker, Vrbata. In that order.
I've heard also they might to do dispersal draft then grant an expansion team to a new city. Reason behind it is the NHL gets more money from expansion fees.
I've heard that Shane Doan kills men by the hundreds. And if he were here, he'd consume the English with fireballs from his eyes, and bolts of lightning from his arse.
Oliver Ekman-Larsson, no question
Yup. You'd have to be insane to take anyone else before OEL.
Regarding the GM connected thing: How often do I need to check up on this? Do I actually have to play games or am I just managing the team and the AI plays the games?
You can do either/both.
And at least once a week I would imagine.
Also, lost all respect for Hayden Paniteire when she said she'll never even do brief topless in a movie; her breasts are for her future husband's eyes only.
She's now dead to me.
I'd take Torres to bring his classy ways back to Edmonton. :D
And by that I mean, OEL > Yandle > Klesla.
Edmonton doesn't need more fucking forwards.
Im shocked you didnt say Mike Smith Richy
