Ok onto NHL 13 I have some major complaints here. The first and major offender is why the fuck does simulation now take 19 years to perform? To sim through the first day of free agency to the start of the regular season literally took 32 minutes. That is fucking unacceptable. Add on top of that the fact that you NEED to sit and pay attention the entire time otherwise you'll miss the 13th time Florida has offered you Ed Jovanoski for your 3rd and 4th round picks, and the game will sit. The trade system is completely fucked up. There were times that trades blatantly in the cpu's favor were rejected. Injuries are still broken and the only way you can play is by turning them off. Otherwise good luck with your team of AHL scrubs. Goalie performance is God awful. Make ridiculous saves that no human being could make, yet get beat by a simple wrist shot from the face off dot. Every single time.

I think NHL 11 may have been the high water mark. 12 and 13 have been very disappointing.

I'm sure there'd be enough people who don't care and just want to see some hockey(especially families with kids who won't know the difference) to sell tickets, though I guess for those in major cities like Chicago/New York/Toronto, why would I pay NHL prices to see ECHL scabs when I can buy AHL tickets and see actual NHLers?
