Haha I saw this a day or two ago on Puck Daddy or HFB. I think it is a fucking amazing jersey. And I am starting to get pretty damn optimistic about the season again. NHL and PA met for 7+ hours yesterday, refused to give any comment after the meeting, and are meeting again today for an assumed similar length of time. The funny thing is that the fact they said nothing is huge. No posturing by either side is great news.

On a side note I played in a World Series of Poker event in Vancouver last week and Luongo was playing in the event as well. It was during the earthquake up here and this giant mirror ball above the tables started swing around. Someone at my table made a comment "Don't worry, if it falls down Luongo will stop it." To which someone replied, "not if it goes high glove on him."

Loosely related but I've been reading a lot more of the Strombone tweets on Twitter, and damnit, it's making me actually like Luongo somewhat. Dude has a hilarious sense of humor and I about lost it when someone posted a picture of his brother and he asked if he was still dating Sammy Sweatheart lol.

Nice. I want to enter a locally sponsored event in Atlantic City, but I somehow have to convince my fiancée that I can take off for it, but I don't have enough time to take Christmas Eve. Negotiations are going about as well as the NHL/PA's.
