Guessing he'll be a 13th forward by December. At least he's good for 4-5 points a season due to the Shootout, so not bad for 600k.
Saw some on the Caps board guess that the second line would be:
Holy shit that's a soft ass line. Brouwer would be better for Riberio's wing to clear some space and crash the net IMO.Wolski-Ribeio-Mojo
The problem with the Caps is the only true top six guys are Ovie, Backstrom, and Ribeiro. Brouwer and Chimera filled in fine but both are better as third liners. Johansson will probably get there eventually but he was a turnover machine last season and sometimes he seems afraid to shoot. Right now I'd go:
Ovechkin - Ribeiro - Brouwer or Ward
Wolski - Backstrom - Johansson
And now you know why I want Semin back.![]()
No. But when you're having a conversation about a situation that isn't even applicable it should be.Because remembering the details of every trade/signing that happened this offseason is really "everyones" top mental priorities.
Teemu Selanne signed!
In Winnipeg!
.....
No, wait. I can't read. He's staying a Duck. 1 year, $4.5m
As Bluefan loads the shotgun....
Fuuuuuuck.
And a RW is the perfect piece we needed.

Cam Janssen interview is fucking gold:

inb4 it's pulled from everywhere it's being hosted.
15 minute long interview, but priceless.
Yeah he went nuts during that interview. People are up in arms about how he acted.
An eastern team (not reporting which one) has offerend Shane Doan 30 mil over 4 years. What. The. Fuck.
Definitely not the Penguins. Shero wouldn't offer that much for that long. I could see Philly pulling something like that though.
Lolll so overrated.
