I knew something had to give with Nether Tentacles. The tooltip when compared to Ball Lightning and how both of them acted in practice didn't add up.

From a blue post on the D3 main page : This change should not be confused with the Legendary buffs coming in a future patch (not 1.0.3), and those buffs, as previously mentioned, will not be retroactive.

Also, it makes sense. What are they doing to do, reroll all legendaries and give ones that are actually currently good a chance to turn out to be shit? I don't see what they could do to keep everyone happy there. Maybe they could give everyone an optional reroll on current legendaries. Outside that there isn't really a good way to handle it.

He might be a dense twit, I dunno, but I fail to see how he's wrong. Farming items by breaking pots and popping chests is not very Diablo-esque.

The legendary and attack speed changes aren't the same. The attack speed nerf is for a singular stat which is easy to do in a sweeping change for all items. They seem to want to make the legendaries better, but in a way that simply isn't an attribute increase for the existing ones on the item. It just doesn't make sense to me to reroll them all to the new properties if they actually do alter them into completely different items.

Fucking lol ... we haven't even seen how much they've adjusted the difficulty of Act 2 onward and people are screaming "done with d3". The game's not perfect but jesus christ.

The game's had more issues than FFXIV had and FFXIV was fucking GARBAGE at launch. "Game's not perfect." Understatement of the decade? Fucking rofl.

The bonus of NT was the fact that it could hit multiple targets for a shit ton of damage (multiple times). DH didn't have many moves that could completely rape things. They needed those moves because it's not like they could stack HP/Resistances and just magically live through any hit post Act 1. And I'm sure adjusting Inferno isn't going to fix the fact that DH's are fucking glass cannons.

So you can 'fucking lol' all you want. The game's been a waste of sixty bucks. I haven't played in four days, and I really have no use in playing now.
