Knew he wouldn't be charged as soon as I heard about the incident. There's no way in this world that someone should be charged for killing a rapist on the spot, especially if there's an emotional attachment that could cloud judgement even more. I know for a fact that both of my parents would have killed anyone who was sexually assaulting myself or my brother, and that I would certainly do the same for my children, if I had any. Hell, I'd have probably shot the assailant with as many bullets as I had in my firearm before I calmed down enough to call for help.

Just remember kids, the key here is to sound remorseful and panicked in your 911 call. Putting on "he deserved to die" airs isn't helpful if you're standing over a dead body.
