I preferred the previous season. This season is fine.

Sorkin obviously did it to increase viewership, but idk how much it worked. The premiere drew 2.2m viewers, while this weeks episode drew only 1.6m. I'm not sure if that's higher than last year or not. But he took a lot of criticism for how the show ran last year, and it was like a sitcom last year. It was highly entertaining and I loved it, but it was very much a sitcom

While I do think that S1 was a bit better you can still use the "Big Bad story line" for that one as well. A Large Portion of last season was devoted to Will's Republican ideology Vs. the tea party. In fact that is what sets up why Will is in such a downward spiral this season, as now he has to deal with the fallout of his comments relating to the tea party. The higher focus on the fake story this season is likely simply because most of it is set during the election year and that's what 90% of the news that was being reported was about.

That's like, the theme of the show, not a big bad.

That's like saying "sookie loves vampires" is the theme of a given season of true blood.

You realize the whole thing is based on Joe Scarborough, right? That the whole point of the show in the first place was to bash the kind of people that would call him a rino?

Didn't care so much about the genoa storyline originally. But I really enjoyed watching this episode as everyone realized things had gone to shit.

Altering tape like that is absolutely no question beyond a doubt argument free I'm running out of ways to say there's no fucking way you don't get fired for that shit, regardless of if you got away with it for a time or not.

Wrongful termination does not depend on other people getting fired because they fell for your shit, there's no way in hell this "case" could ever possibly exist.


The media and shit would have every right to question there not being more firings to set up the "jane comes around" story, legally this is just flat out retarded.
