Yes, i'm quite sure the pin prick of mold on my bread that just showed up is super terminator cancer.
Like I said before, i'm not grabbing a loaf of bread that's 80% mold and then cutting off the mold and taking it home, or fruit that's covered in mold. The produce I snagged from Traders Joes had mold the size of this () or less on a single piece of produce in a package of 20-25 pieces. So I took out the 1 bad piece of produce, threw it out and then took the rest home. With bread in my own house (havnt found any doing diving yet) if I see a single spec of mold, I cut it away, if the bread has quite a few splotches of mold on it, I toss it in the trash.
And @ the Wal-mart furniture thing. Have you ever worked at Wal-mart and put that shit together? I have, and that shit is terrible so if there's something like a splintered piece to it then it's not worth salvaging. If it's a scratch or something, then sure but gotta check it over and see how sturdy it is.
But he took the apple out Qal!
Idk, maybe I act rich or something, but if my bread is getting moldy i throw that shit out. A loaf costs like $1
Store brand white bread? I think Publix here has it for like a $1.50ish, with walmart and Sam's club brands well cheaper than that. I'll double check next time I go shopping, but its definitely not $2 here.
Edit: and the publix store brand I normally find to be better quality than name brands anyway lol. Their shit is good.
I had a loaf of publix wheat bread in my pantry for at least a month and I never opened it. Decided to finally throw it away and looked at it, didn't see any mold but I still tossed it.
Yeah most Publix brand stuff is pretty good. A little more expensive than other store brands, but still way less than name brands, and always fucking delicious. Shit, I'm gonna have to go get some Publix subs for dinner now.
Why not just make your own bread? <_<; flour, water, i think egg white, and yeast... it's pretty cheap, and fairly simple to make, if a little time consuming.
But oh god, fresh baked french bread coming out of your oven... mmmm...
Anyone camp Wop's Dumpster?
I'd rather fork out the 99 cents for Bimbo than spending an hour making that shit. Also:
The visible part of mold is the fruiting bodies of the fungus, the whole food item could be colonized but the mold might only be fruiting in one part.
Don't see what's wrong with taking food that isn't moldy or is packaged, friend used to take potato chip bags that got thrown out by a chip factory.
I think its more so you do not sue them when you get sick... people sue over everything. I do not think they really care if you take their crap so long as it does not mess with their profits. Its more scary to think people can get hurt on your property or get sick. Maybe they throw glass out in there, maybe there is a grinder or something that can kill a person. a stores dumpster is nothing to play with y first job unloading a truck I saw this. You dont fuck with that shit!
edit we where a 24 hour store and the grinder could go on at anytime.
Zimmerman did a whole thing in SF on this.

not pro chefs like the on one food network. but community volunteering and feeding everyone that came by, the poor, locals, and hipsters.
Just drove around Pier 1 since I was at Target getting some polo shirts. Saw a love seat and sofa combo sitting out back, sofa is too big for my apartment but love seat is fine and I need a chair so going back later and picking that shit up.

Is there an online version to watch or just the download from Itunes?
All I'll mention about literal dumpster diving, other than I most assuredly wouldn't - in the literal or any other sense, is that it is a wonderful way to become infested with bed bugs - particularly if you're the person grabbing furniture.
