Depends, when I lived in MD we had a hookah bar that would let you bring your own booze in. With the right friends it was a good place to chill, and I really did enjoy the act of using a hookah and trying out flavours.

hookah isn't like cigarettes, it tastes delicious, and no real smoky shit. I had a rockmelon flavour one, awesome. But your throat is wrecked the next day! I'd still do it again though.
