Man, twice today I got clocked by a zombie from behind and it knocked me the fuck out in one hit. Barely survived both times. Once was while trying to recover my gear after being sniped at the NW airport. Asshole immediately Alt-F4'd when my buddy in the wood line started shooting at him.

last night my friends said they read that they were, along with taking away being able to respawn over and over for a better spot. not sure if they know exactly what they are talking about but it makes sense.

Iunno, I use that to make it easier to meet up with friends... If they add a feature where they have set respawns and it'll automatically put you at the closest one to your friends (I guess they would need to implement a friends/group feature) then whatever.

Also as long as it doesn't penalize people for having connection issues seeing as how this is an alpha and connection issues are somewhat common.

Finally found an assault rifle PLUS 90 rounds for it. And then a guy with an axe hacked me to death because I hesitated. I won't be doing that again

Finally got myself a gun last night when I found a crashed helicopter. Was hell getting in there considering how many zombies were spawned around it and that I only had a crowbar to defend myself. Managed to run away with a DMR with about 40 rounds, but have a little less than 6000 blood left.

man this shit is intense in some situations. we were running with 8 people tonight, we set up snipers to cover us while we raided the air field.

earlier today we had about a 3 hour conflict around a high value barn. one of our dudes found a bike, and was riding it around out in the open, takes one right in the head, we all rush into the barn to try and take some cover, another of our dudes with a sniper rifle stick his head out to look and gets it blown off. so me and my other buddy ran for the field opposite the barn and waited for a bit to see if anyone would come, then i decided i really wanted to get the alice packs and blood packs that one of our dudes dropped, so i crept up slowly to the barn while the other dude covered me. I'm walking inside the barn and to my right here the sounds of food and drink, come around the corner and caught this dude completely vulnerable, i blasted him a bunch of times but he did manage to hit me once, so i was almost dead, bandaged up to stop the bleeding, had my buddy outside rush in and blood pack me, then looted the rest of the shit. then we sat there and defended the barn til our dudes who just died got back to pick up their shit and raid the dead enemies. all in all we came out ahead, made it back to camp with about 20 blood packs and 20 morphine, among other things.

we ended up spending like 3 hours in and around that barn, the whole time was just on edge paranoia.

speaking of paranoia, when we're on our way to the airport tonight, our group of 8 starts getting shot at by a group of 2... one guy takes a bullet, doesn't kill him, he then loses control of his character somehow and it starts sprinting back at one of our guys who thinks its the enemy rushing him and just lays into him. we ended up getting 1 of those dudes, the other sniper got away =/

shit is just really intense when you could be hunted anywhere anytime.

The fear of discharging your weapon is what makes this game fantastic.

Me and a friend were on our way back to Elektro with the sole intent of killing some bitches and on the outskirts we hear gunshots and we see a guy kind of running around a factory area. We split up and kind of wait it out until we get a clear shot and open fire. It was dusk and getting darker so he probably couldn't even see us, but we managed to hit him but not kill him and he retreated into a factory. We covered both entrances while slowly moving in and then went in at the same time. Unfortunately the guy was a pussy and logged off. Still was fucking awesome though. Elektro in the dead of night is fucking fun to run around in. We were waiting for any indication of action and then were gonna go kill something but we got bored, will resume it tomorrow. Everybody had gotten off the server anyways.

I have an M1014 shotgun with 4 full clips of both slugs and pellets and a M1911 with 4 mags. We were romping around yesterday and I just accumulated shit and then my friend got sniped and I escaped, killed some other dude with a good AR and guarded the body while my friend met up with me to loot it.

2 Murders so far, guy that killed my friend and tried to steal our bike that I capped while he was leaving the building and then the unfortunate person that saw me raiding some military tents and tried to get the jump on me, except I had seen him approach and was watching him until he was in range and killed him without him even spotting me.

Both times have guarded the bodies for my friend to loot. lol

Those stories sound so intense. I guess I should get on a higher pop server. I've only seen one other person ever and we both just looked at each other and then proceeded about our merry ways.

This one time I was walking along the road. I saw this massive thing off in the distance headed towards me. As it came closer, I saw that it was a bus. It pulled up next to me, honked the horn, and I got in. There were about three other people in the bus, including the driver. We had driven for about five minutes up the coast when the bus driver pulled off the road and headed for the water. He stopped at the water's edge where I saw there was a man on a motorboat waiting for us.

Everyone got out except for myself and the bus driver. There were about five of us now, and most of them were clearing the beach of zombies. I guess they wanted us all to get on the boat, but after a few minutes of no one doing anything, I got in the driver seat of the bus and slowly started pulling away. It took them a minute to realize what I was doing, but then they opened fire on the bus. I managed to pull away with only a bit of blood loss. I drove for a few miles until the two rear tires, which I guess they had shot, popped, and I crashed into some wrecked cars. In hindsight, I feel bad for stealing their bus

I laughed entirely too hard at this. I imagine the Galka in your avatar just driving away laughing maniacally.

So... if you don't like the spawn you're in you run a minute or two until you find a zombie and die. THAT SURE DID FIX A LOT

Well, before I learned about hitting respawn, I would run in the bushes or coast until I saw a town and then slowly make my way towards it. I didn't have a problem with people just hitting respawn all the time, my gripe is with people alt-f4ing their way out of a fight they're going to lose.

alt f4 doesn't even work for me for some reason, i have to alt ctrl del and end the task manually.
