I have a ton of BCNM seals saved up on my main. Are kraken clubs still a thing people use in iLvl era or is it worth trading them in for other seals like SKCNM?

I mean I got that. Im just asking if the sparks stuff is better than the Wicce stuff because that seems to need goetia+2 and some random new stuff and has some crazy stats on it too. Is that better than the random sparks stuff?

For your blm you'll want a mix of wicce+1 and helios depending on play style, as you can augment the helios with "occult acumen",up to +10 per piece. Makes riding Myrkr easy these days with just casting. The wicce+1 I consider musts are feet and head, feet for mana wall/dark magic and head for precast. Other pieces follow.

Also get your spaekona coat +1 (af1 reforged), I use it for all my -aga and -aja spells for great mp return. It really is a must.

Lastly, af2 reforged hands/head I use constantly. Body will extend your manafont duration, but going from the 109 to the 119 body doesn't do anything for duration, just a heads up,and really, that's all is good for.

Though Kraken Club might still have a small use it is rarely used nowadays. I think you can still sell it for a decent amount cause its rare but last I heard it was down to under 50 mil, closer to 20ish. I do not know what the demand is but almost everyone I know that plays do not own one and do not miss owning one and would not spend that kind of gil on it cause it is really not needed. I am sure there is still KC lovers out there and more power to them.

I personally would use them for SKCNM. The reason being is you are going to need lots of REM Tale Chapers for af and relic upgrades, and emp armor especially if you upgrade multiple jobs. You will need chapters 1-5 to upgrade to 109, and chapters 6-10 to upgrade gear to 119 (+1 gear) (Chap 6-10 is dropped in Higher Tier Battlefield fights that do not require Crests or Seals), along with some other materials. Chapter 1-5 is dropped in certain SKCNM fights that require a Macrocosmic Orb, which you buy with 20 Sacred Kindred's Crests from Shami in Port Jeuno.

If you are planning on only gearing one job like blm you will not need many chapters, so could probably use them for other things but having spare chapters in case you do decide to do other jobs is not a bad idea.

They unlocked it so you can use it on any weapon. Go trade a level 90+ Hverg to an NPC in Walk of Echoes (from Xarc [S]) and they'll give you access to the WS on any weapon.

Anyone here on Asura? The LS i'm in doesn't really do events and such. I have a bunch of 99s now and getting geared but keep having to do pugs to do anything cause the LS doesn't really do stuff. Don't have to have a 90 hverg. There is a ToM quest where you grab a -1 weapon from the chest next to the moogle, and then thru trading in items (seals, coins of ruin, dice, etc),you can unlock Myrkr for all weapons. On the road or I'd look up more details, sorry.

Unless you're swimming in gil, I'd say suck it up and do 85-90. Trying to farm WoE specifically will just drive you batty.

Not to mention you probably have the seals on hand, and can use login points for a portion of the other items

Here I am actually trying new content and it doesn't do anything. I signed up for a Naja thing and one of the quests was to kill Emergent Elm. I go out for a few hours, beat up trees, etc. It pops, I kill it, I dont get the subjugation. What the shit? This is what I get for trying to play again. ~_~

Did you have the Naja trust out? Not sure but I think you need the trust summoned for it to count. Can't confirm right now, not home

No I dont have any trusts. The other quests (weapon skills, etc) got cleared just fine.

I think the only one that applies to is the objective that explicitly says to kill 10 mobs with your Unity leader.

Otherwise, if the objective was activated, I dunno.

It was. As were the first two. However I died and homepointed at some point (to the NM cause I suck). After I saw I didnt get the rewards, I saw that the club WS and curing stuff (which i previously had done) were both available again (but not active) despite saying non-repeatable. Did dying screw something up?
