Just a last option. Basically if you they are going to waste out of lack of desire of UNM drops or desire/time to just do the fights spend a little to stay away from the cap

I'd use it on the gobbie keys instead, can get some rare items from there. As for those earrings, both HQ/NQ are nice for GEO and SMN(certain situations).

Should aim to cap DT- over PDT- for any pet job. Most of the damage your pet takes in anything that matters is magical, so PDT does nothing, and DT covers physical too.

All jobs with pets can have skirm gear 5/5 DT-4 + other stuff. Get the Rimeice whenever possible.

Best trusts for getting random procs on voidwatch nms? Some of them (like Tenzen etc) do random ass WSes.

They all kinda suck for VW procs. Ingrid will at least spam all of the Banish spells and a few club WSs. Most of the ones without special WSs tend to use random WSs from whatever weapon they have. Some of them also will use their job's JA's, like Trion using Shield Bash and Shikaree Z using jumps. Gessho's not a bad choice too since he'll provoke (and tank), and toss out a few enfeebling ninjutsu.

Either way you're going to be disappointed that you're the one who has to do all the proc'ing.

In all seriousness, it can be a tough call depending on what jobs you have. The movement speed ring might not appeal to a mage as much now that Herald's Gaiters come from Ouryu, though +18% for all jobs without sacrificing ilevel stats is very pragmatic. I think the Adoulin Ring is outclassed by a Shiva's Ring +1 for nukes. I think most people with mage jobs would make a strong case for Weatherspoon since Fast Cast, Magic Acc, and Instacast are things you can never really have enough of.

Weatherspoon is especially nice if you play blu, as it can make good use of the +10% light damage. That, shrneddick (movement speed), and thurandaut (if you play pet jobs) are the only rings that really stand out.

Snapshot ring, no? Or does RNG easily cap snapshot so it's only that good for COR? I'm honestly not sure if I want to just get weatherspoon for my THF/RUN/COR char simply for moar fast cast but was thinking snapshot would be very useful.

I don't play rng or cor, but it's my understanding that it's fairly easy to floor ranged delay with buffs like flurry and/or courser's roll. Rng might want weatherspoon for trueflight anyways. Thf/run/cor idk, they don't benefit a whole lot from any of the rings.

I'm fairly certain any job with access to taeon can cap snapshot since you can get 10 per piece. Think cor and rng can do it without outside buffs
