While we're on the topic of beastmaster; I'm sort of lost here looking at these merits. Killer effects seems great with af3+2 body, but then that leaves either call beast or reward recast -. What is the better option? Or is the sic/ready merit worth it? I'm assuming for category two that beast healer and beast affinity are generally the best choices, unless you plan to party with people often to make use of Killer Instinct, and I guess 1/5 of Feral Howl would be useful just to have. Sorry for all the questions, but I'm pretty in the dark on these choices.
i need the title from a VW mob to be able to turn pulse sells in for an item from it?

I figured, but wanted to be sure. TY.
My very very personal opinion on BST merits.
- Call beast recast => situationally useful, depending on your playstyle and what you do with your BST. Back at 75 I had this because I used to do stuff that required me to send lots of pets against NMs who would/could have killed him very soon. For those situation Call beast recast really helped me
- Reward recast => I had this until some time ago. Depends on how often you use reward, how much damage your pet takes with the stuff you do, how good your reward setup is and which kind of food you use. With good gear and augmented AF3+2 feet I felt like I didn't need this pretty much
- Sic/Ready recast ==> I always considered this shit, normally it's TP you miss, not cooldown on charges, and it used to be like this even with charmed pets and sic. These days I mainly use BST for Dyna, and pet ready commands *can* proc during JA time. If you are keeping +2 empy Spur always up and are spamming commands that require 2 or more charges, then yes, you're gonna find yourself in the situation where you do have TP on your pet, but you miss charges. Charmer's Merlin (Dragua axe) and merits in this category give a small hand in that regard, I like it.
As for group 2 I personally have Beast Healer 5/5 (see reward comment above) and Feral Howl 5/5, which used to be decent before, it's even better after they patched it, despite the fact it's not 100%.
Feral Howl can make it easier to save your life during bad pulls, and it's an additional chance to proc JA mobs in dyna every 5 mins. Not much, but more useful than Beast Affinity, according to the pets you use.
For instance I only use Yuly or Falcorr, and BeastAffinity does absolutely nothing for those pets. If you use/like pets that do benefit from BeastAffinity, then I guess it would be smarter to get it in place of Feral Howl.
So I was minding my own in Al Zahbi waiting for Besieged when all of a sudden I see this shouted from a JP :
\(‘◇’)/<{Provoke}>捕ケロ猫Lidenb okHNM全力で攻撃久々にフイタ
Lidenbok is my character name and I can't get an accurate translate anywhere on the internet, anyone care to translate? I am extremely curious lol
I'm not entirely sure what you want an exact translation for, but it honestly seems like a basic provoke/"fight this" macro for when a Besieged NM appears and they want everyone to attack it.. and they could have just been testing it on you.
Google translate says:
\ Fuita attack in full force for the first time in many years Lidenb okHNM Kero cat ('◇') / <{Provoke}> catch
I'm assuming he was just dicking around calling you an HNM cat or something. Are you a Mithra?
Edit: Cair's explanation sounds better.
How can I go about testing choleric earring? I have a'as circlet and maniacus sash to increase sample size quickly enough.
Record your Magic Attack Bonus and nuke the same thing multiple times with the same spell (not related to day/weather) until you get a MCrit. Then report it back here and it'll take about 2 seconds to figure it out.
Is there a way of getting the windower console to not display every time autoexec triggers a spellcast set change? Atm every time it toggles the Aftermath to Non-Aftermath variable and vice-versa for Apoc it flashes the console up which kinda gets annoying.
I assume there is and I just don't know it otherwise I'd have seen people complaining about it way more often I imagine >_>
<register silent="true" ...>
Put this in your init.txt:
Code:console_displayactivity 0
Thank you!
Can any other physical blood pacts besides predator claws crit?
