How bad is light ixion? Could nin or mnk + whm duo? Or a horribly geared bst solo?

I have not fought him since the 90 cap, but your ability to handle him is entirely based on how quickly you can kill him. If the fight drags out too long, his one attack will power up to the point where it will be able to one-shot anything.

If I were betting, my money would be on Indrik in an Indrik vs BST fight.

If you think you can get VS rather quickly you can probably skip Shijin Spiral, but its the best WS (at 5/5) otherwise outside Abyssea.

Is it possible to solo the WoTG mission Darkness Descends at 99? Read that its possible as whm and just spam cure Lilisette, but that was on the wiki so just wanted to be sure.

Had a static long time ago which of course died, but wanna finish the storyline, (or at least get to a point where I never lose medals)

You can win from just curing her, unless you slack off and do something careless. Typically faster to outright kill them ofc.

Worms in uleg, set up regen/barearth atma and toss super cheap spells on them. Absorb*, dia, stone - will take forever, if even possible, to kill them.

If you kill them for a bit it's possible to level them up to DC, otherwise there are ~lvl100 worms in gustav - downside no atma so can't be nearly as afk, otherwise same thing applies.

Best option likely to level uleg worms to DC, *maybe* attohwa worms will be dc from people killing them for pop items for percy.

On the verge of finishing WotG and wanted to double check what would be the best earring augment choice.
I play on BST more than anything but been trying to beef up WAR and MNK if that helps.

If your WS has any decent tp modifier at all(Ukko, VSmite, Resolution, many others), [att or acc] + TPBonus is the way to go. If all your WS are somehow largely TP invariant (Shijin, RelicWS, etc) then I'd say.. probably refresh if you mage nearly ever. Regain will be 2-3 tics/ws tops if you're buffed up, if solo then maybe 6-7/ws. None of the other category-2 augments are that big of a deal.

Actually did this an hour ago on Bst/Rdm. Stocked up on as much +mp gear as I could and hung back curing/buffing. Took me a couple tries but I was able to win. NPC was pretty low on HP when I won though…and I was out of MP.

For MNK, WAR, yes. BST - neither ruinator or onslaught look to gain much from any moonshade augment, you'd be better off with something else - brutal/suppa, brutal/ghille+1, brutal/vulcan, etc.
