My standard DNC haste set is:

AF3+2/AF3/Brutal/Suppa
AF3+2/Slither/Epona/Raja
Atheling/Twilight/Thaumas/AF3+2

What would be good swaps to make for some extra evasion? Just eyeballing I dont think I have capped eva in dynamis on DCs and tp'ing in my full eva set is painful. Want to keep capped or close to capped haste (currently only have 24%). I usually have magic haste from my 2box whm.

Least painful swap I could come up with was suppa -> novia. I could add haste back into hands slot and use af3+2 legs, but thaumas has ACC also which I need on certain mobs, so IDK. My main target is ravens in dyna-bubu, they tend to be accurate and evasive (THF mobs I think), although EVA helps on mandies also since they tend to bunch up and i often pull links.

Sadly, I think he's fucked. Friend got hit with LM-31 for billing issues from UltimatePay. They automatically did a chargeback for some reason and his account just got banned. First, SE was saying "talk to ultimatepay" then he did, they'd send him back to SE. Eventually SE just said his account was perma'd for "terms of use violation" and stopped even talking to him.

This kind of shit just makes me want to quit. The people he talked with were fucking retards too. The ban message clearly says it's related to billing, and the representative said there was a "mass warp hack banning" on the 31st.

Can you effectively cleave tonberries in Abyssea to cap hate for Rancor items? Or is it too unsafe to do that?

blu can do it easy since you're 2-shotting them. I cleave tonberries exclusively when i farm dark rings. Capped my hate that way np.

With 99 Aegis and -50% MDT elsewhere does magic damage just go straight to zero, or am I reading this wrong?

Also, what are some basic gear sets/merits for SMN? Everything should be easily accessible barring Neo-Nyzul gear.

MDT caps at -87.5% I think. Not sure how low you can get it with stacking MDB after that though,

You can do this as RDM with a good spell interruption set. Keep stoneskin up and they'll never get tp. Otherwise it's a little risky; vertical slash (maybe?) drops your defense to the point where the melee attacks will overwhelm you, and everyone's grudge will one shot you after a while.
