Not liking asian/black/white/green partners is no more discriminatory than selection based on facial features, youthfulness, breast size, height, weight or whatever.

Redefinition serves an agenda. In the case of redefining marriage, the agenda is often equality in the legal protections and privileges that are currently unavailable to same-sex couples. Redefining racism serves the agenda of folks who hate the blacks but don't like getting called out on it.
