Many libertarians are self styled "race realists" actually, including some of the most influential libertarian thinkers. See: Murray Rothbard. The Bell Curve is required reading for any lib-tard right after Atlas Shrugged.

This isn't just a weird coincidence either but more or less comes a result of how complimentary racist and libertarian ideology can be. Libertarians deride social justice because it doesn't jive with Emmanuel Kant or they just place too much primacy on the individual over society. Race realists are too morally bankrupt to understand social justice in the first place. In addition, both groups are opposed by what they see as censorial forces of "political correctness", so they have the same victim complex. Hence, the tendency for one to also be the other.

Since i don't have $90 to buy that and check it, i'll just assume it says what you say it says for a second. There are still many reasons why that could be. For example, it is possible that those with higher IQ have been more successful, and left those neighborhoods, leaving a higher concentration of people with low IQ. A poor neighborhood is not representative of an entire race. That makes about as much sense comparing reading abilities between people of liberia, and from (white) people in the US, and concluding that whites are genetically better at reading. It just doesn't make any sense.

It is across the board. Even adopted black kids by white parents have an average IQ in the low 80's. While white people have an average of 100.
