Was the New Spiderman better than 2002's Spiderman?

I'm curious how anyone could really hate Spiderman 2. Like Spiderman 1 I can see some complaints, but Spiderman 2 was just fucking amazing. It had action, a great villain, Peter Parker having to deal with living a double life and the effects that had on his personal life with his Aunt/MJ/Harry/School, and Spiderman delivering a NY pizza. What more could you ask for besides James Franco getting impaled on the Empire State Building at the end.

see i dont get the peter parker thing, he is a nerd cuz he is smart, but hes not a fucking dweeb. there is no reason he cant have self confidence. for as long as i have read spidey PP has never been a shy lil bitch, he is always been self depricating and hilarious. i dont feel either franchise got him perfect but i think amazing did a better job. i imagine amazing will go down the path the others took with me in that i liked them at first and then came to hate them. i really do hate them.

New spiderman was better. Toby1 wasn't bad, but you could see by the end of the 2nd that Stan lee's vision was getting distorted, and by toby3 it was just utter fucking shit.
And the real reason they did this reboot was for the avengers. Y'all bitches didn't know spiderman was a part time avenger did y'all?

Sony currently has the rights to Spider-man and Ghost Rider movies. Fox has the rights to X-Men. Disney/Marvel everything else. That is the reason you don't see them mixing it up.
