Anyone use multiple ipads/iphones on 1 PC? Apps question

So for the first time in forever I need to upgrade both my parent's ipads and 1 iphone to the latest iOS5

I got a question. I did my dad's ipad first, which had like 200 apps -_-, so now they show up in iTunes.

Now, if I plug my mum's ipad in, do those 200 apps sync onto her ipad too?

They both use the same apple ID.

Lastly, I have the same question for an iPhone, would those 200 apps also sync onto the phone?

What I ultimately don't want is all 200 apps suddenly living in my mum's devices.

Neither of them have any music or videos, so that doesn't matter there.

Yeah I got that switched off, but not tried it yet. I guess when seeing the 200 apps get transferred onto the itunes library I wondered what will happen after.

Still, I can't go ahead just yet with it, as the upgrade deleted all of my dad's ipad videos he got via this app, just found out (Despite having performed a backup. but it didn't retain those files). So my mum is quickly trying to watch all her downloads first right now haha

I think you just need to make sure you log out of your itunes acct and then log into theirs before you plug it in.

I just tried that with my wifes iphone and it seemed to work
