Historically speaking the "if we don't try to fix anything that might upset the other side then they won't do anything to us" plan hasn't worked out very well in American politics.

Anyway for something else. PS5 Pro supposedly happening in 2023: https://www.tomsguide.com/uk/news/ps...formance-boost
Not sure if I see that happening. You just get out of the woods with console production shortages only to jump right back in by introducing an upgrade?
PS5 Slim 100% happening. I can see them tweaking that with a little more oomph or improved efficiency and branding that a Pro version.
I started streaming my Demon's Souls game last night and someone actually tuned in and watched for an hour. I hope they enjoyed seeing me die in world 2-1 4 times in a row and lose about 5,000 souls.
Gotta start somewhere.
Titanfall 2 compromised by a buffer overflow exploit:

inept reading from a game journalist with a limited understanding of the legal system, but as even he admits Epic is unleashing a torrent that will eventuate into billions versus the handful of addendum millions they lost.
it's certainly not a clean sweep, and they'll remain in litigation because they hate Apple apparently (the few million they've been ordered to pay is not going to exceed the legal fess they'll expend on the appeal). but huge win for any devs working in the Apple ecosphere, and bad loss for Apple.
how much of a win for Epic it will be remains to be seen, depending on if Apple allows Fortnite back on or not. frankly their effort to compel a judge to order someone to carry their product was pie-in-the-sky fantasy and i doubt they seriously thought it was going to work. be like Nintendo suing Microsoft demanding they include Mario in Gamepass.
Considering even without Apple they're making giant amounts of "Fuck you" money and went I really doubt they'll care if the game is back on their store or not. They're probably more happy they could hit Apple in the pride/wallet more than anything.

More keep coming, but I'll just kick off with this. There was a leak last week that Sony is expected to announce an Nvidia partnership for releasing many of their exclusives to PC, so that aligns with a lot of the list.
Note: Nintendo games are found in the leak due to foreign partnerships through Nvidia Shield.
How is Demon Souls coming to PC before Bloodborne?
Because Bloodborne isn't coming to PC : )
Judgement is in those list of games and SEGA explicitly won't release it on PC because of the weirdness with that Japanese talent agency, so I don't know how accurate this stuff actually is.
If you believe Geforce engineers just put these into their database for shits and giggles, sure. There is way too many code references and work in that database to just be a troll job lol.
Edit for those curious, full GF assets are even included for most games:
Spoiler: show
damn that's the hotness. guess Nintendo will be the last holdout now that Microsoft and Sony are porting near all their system movers to PC. interesting that they don't see the platform as a competitor anymore and are only aimed at each other. guess with all of Microsoft's Gamepass success and shared Xbox/PC ecosystem Sony felt they had to make a move.
Maybe less them seeing it as a competitor and more their reliance on outside 3rd parties for titles wanting to not be held into exclusivity for releases with the common denominator for a PC release being easier to reach now between the two platforms. Might be some internal realization that Sony or MS may not get some of these 3rd party titles anymore in favor of a PC release and it doesn't hurt the developer as much as it once did.
I think the titles in that list not being tagged as available on Steam are going to be like a merging of PSNOW with GeforceNOW.
I call BS on that list for having Bayo 3 listed. That implies it's coming soon.
