Yeah, Escapist decided to fire one of their senior editors for not reaching undefined and unrealistic goals, so pretty much every video content creator on the site said fuck this and bounced.

I knew this would happen someday. With Miyamoto-san involved it makes me feel better but I'm still a bit worried. You know it's going to be PG and I would hate for it to be to childish. If they were to give it the Peter Jackson treatment like LotR but set in Hyrule with a slight dark edge that would be amazing.

Oh this looks nice. Is it a pain to get FFXI working on a steam deck?

If you own it on steam I'm pretty sure you can just install and go. But if you want to use stuff like windower or whatever it's going to be a massive hassle. SteamOS does not play nice with wanting to inject dlls or otherwise trying to launch games with additional programs attached to the executable.

Windows based handhelds like the Rog Ally or Legion Go will have an easier time
