I couldn't really get into the indie art style some of them were made in so I passed on all of these type of games. But the reason why this was such a huge issue was people citing a double standard being shown by Valve. With games like The Witcher and some other main stream games were not being pulled but these games were, even though they have no penetration/genitalia being shown in any of the games, just showing women topless just like the Witcher games do but just 2D vs 3D.

That's because most of them are censored client-side, although it seems a few managed to slip by untouched. The game files you download through steam for most of these VNs still contain all the hardcore shit, and the uncensor patches (or instructions to edit config files to the same effect) are frequently advertised by the devs right on steam(which is probably what started this mess), even thou they're not supposed to do that.

If valve had any sense, they would just dump them all in an opt-in (rather than out) AO section and save themselves future headaches.

No AC adapter is wtf, no analog stick or dual shock severely limits the available titles that rely on it. Like I can’t imagine a PS Classic system omitting Metal Gear Solid, but here we are.

It's going to be powered by USB, the AC/USB is probably there but no reason to show it off because why would you? Either way your TV probably has USB you could use as well, assuming you're not living in 2010 still.
