So quick question for everyone. In your other leagues what are QB's getting for TD's? My keeper 2qb league has then at 4 which seemed low to me, but a few people are saying that is the norm.

4 is the norm. every league I play in outside of BG they score 4 for TDs and 1 point for every 20 passing yards.
I have Brady and Luck as my QBs in one league. Luck has been pretty consistent since his awful week 1. I was thinking of trading away Brady to upgrade at other positions and go with Luck for the rest of the year. I'm currently in first place in my league, so, I don't want to ruin the good team I have right now.
I threw out a potential trade to someone. He came back he has to think about it. The trade was Brady and Alfred Morris for AJ Green and either McCoy or TRENT.
Here is my current roster:
Brady
AP
Morris
Welker
Colston
Boldin
V. Davis
Chicago
Janikowski
Luck
McGahee
Cobb
My other bench players aren't worth mentioning and I'm dropping some for waiver pick ups this week.
If I make this trade, I'd be upgrading Boldin to AJ Green and sidegrade/upgrade from Morris to TRENT or McCoy. Through 5 weeks, Luck is averaging .2 points more than Brady per week. So, as of now, it's not a downgrade at all.
I think this is a good trade for me. What do you all think?
Edit: I was also thinking about doing the same thing with Rodgers in another league. Using Luck the rest of the way.
I would do it in a heartbeat if I were you. I don't place as much value on QBs as most people tho.
It's pretty standard to have 4 points for passing TDs, though of course not everyone does it that way (including most BG leagues) and it wasn't always the norm.
prob 25 then, IDK LOL
we started it last year, i love it
ITS DUMB
originally the basic standard system all the magazines and shit based all their analyses around was:
40 yards passing for 1 point
3 points per td, sometimes 4
20 yards rushing or receiving for 1 point
6 points per td
PPR started getting somewhat popular when people wanted more from the Keyshawns and Charlie Garners that had immense roles on their teams but weren't that great in fantasy, and a lot of places started to switch to say 10 rushing 15 receiving 25 passing to get scores higher and make rb's less dominating but not getting owned by receptions right around then, too.
That was what made vick such a valuable qb before he learned to pass, for example.
Flacco v. Dallas
or
Rapist v. Tennessee
im leaning rapist, but the team im playing literally has no RBs this week (all on bye) and his team sucks in general
yea thats what i was thinking. was looking for a bounce back game from flacco, but that tenn defense is just too awful
Eli vs San Fran, or Fitzpatrick vs. Arizona?
Greatermanning
Alex Smith vs. Giants or Romo @ Baltimore?
