You can outplay her for 80% of the match and still be nervous about losing to one hit.

No single character does as much damage as her besides E. Ryu in a single combo. Fact. Now combine that with her good neutral and amazing normals, and ridiculous oki... yeah.

She's probably the only character in the game capable of unblockabl-ing the whole cast in some way (I'm not saying its known now, but i'm sure she has unblockabels on 90% of the cast).

But sakura's u2 is probably the lowest damage (usable) ultra in the game (excluding rose's orbs raw damage). Balanced enough imo.

Without looking at the actual data, I'd say sonic hurricane has the lowest damage attack ultra.

...rather then no one is arguing that ultra isn't balanced. This is really stupid.

He's saying that the launcher into the free ultra you described doesn't really matter a whole ton when the ultra does crap damage. With more than 4-5 moves in a combo it adds like 32 damage tops.

I know exactly what he said. What I listed was the benefits of the move, not what shit was overpowered. Comboing into ultra for 1 bar, when there are characters that can't combo into it, or need 2 bars is a benefit.

FTR:
Raw tatsu into U2 = 389 - 125 = 264 dmg added
Raw MP DP into U1 (Ryu) = 378 - 80 = 298 dmg added

I just don't feel like arguing this shit right now tbh.

FUcking aroudn with sakura, off a jump in, 510 damage, 1 bar, full ultra, only 1 1f link (plinkable... easy link). That's so dumb. 376 before ultra btw.

Calli, in what situations does adding the DP do more damage? The combo I'm doing it causes the overall combo to do less...

I thought it was a tradeoff, sacrificing a bit of damage for a bit of stun/meter.
