Can someone tell me why Sako ends his combos with lp DP instead of HP DP? In the corner he even opts for 1 LP DP instead of 2 as well.

Positioning.

This is why Momochi stopped maining Ken after Super, they added 2 frames of recovery to his LP DP and his air tatsu could be blocked high so his setups didn't work anymore.

I see. There was some situations where it was the killing blow and he still opted for LP, seemed odd. Figured it was for some sort of set up afterwards.
