No, it's unique to every other "tk" move in the game. I can do camny's instant ex cannon strike easily, this is entirely different, and I can do 2f links with a shitload more consistency than it, so it's gotta be a 1f thing. Go try it.

The 2149K method is a little tricky, but 9214K was not terribly difficult. Feels like the same timing as iGDR with Cervantes in SCV... actually, everything about it is almost identical to iGDR with a jump thrown in at the beginning. The timing is certainly more lenient than something like the Super Cancel at the end of KoF13 Vice's 214A xx 236C [SC] 1236982C
