I'm still hoping to yeah, but I'm not 100% sure I can make it. My bro got married last weekend and that ate into my disposable income a bit more than I'd planned for so I'm trying to make up the difference, hopefully shouldn't be an issue but who knows.

What would you guys consider a 9?

I liked UltraChen's skill tiers. A 9 was a top 32/top8 player that doesn't win tournaments often, iirc. that might have been an 8 though..

Airtola is a 10 in mvc3, infer that that thing is useless from there.

Online is practice is good for match up knowledge you can't training room for 4 days a week, go to locals twice a week and expect to get better than someone going to the same locals and playing better people online

Use it to learn match ups, sure. Don't use it to judge how skillful you are. Personally? I learned more from match ups by running in training mode than I ever did online.
