Anyone who think she got nerfed doesn't play her. She has plenty of setups off tsumuji and neck breaker even if soft knockdown. Now normal srks and meatys won't beat out ex kage and characters like gief will be much easier to fight using tsumuji hitbox buff.

Again, only bad ibukis will abandon her and call nerf!

There's no point in him having an fadc for the ex version. Can already burn an extra bar to get condor dive on block, which makes him safe. It leaves you at a distance compared to an fadc, but that would also cost 3 bars.

Now fadc on non ex, that's a different story.

If its any of his DPs that's fucking awesome, since mp version has better invul frames them his ex version if memory serves me correctly.

The big question is, is the improvement to U2 mean its a hit throw now? Prolly not but a man can dream.
