I like Seth Killian, but what the fuck was he rambling about after Daigo lost? All this transcendental bs about Daigo and how he plays the game to 'express himself.' Also, how he doesn't depend on top tier characters. Did he forget Daigo ran to Yun's arms after ae dropped? I was rolling my eyes so hard you'd think I was possessed. Anyway, sad Sako and Eduardo lost ;/

Seth Kills always had a transcendental hard on for Daigo... I thought he was going overboard too. Daigo simply doesn't want to sell himself short with cheap tricks to win like everyone else. Simple.

I'd be inclined to agree based on the number of scrub Gen players I saw online Monday, but I was on a T Hawk binge at the time and everything is a bad matchup for him.

I think this screenshot of the awards ceremony (I didn't pay the $12, so you get a bad quality shot here) sums up my view on it. No other game that I saw had the other top finishers showing this level of respect to the winner. Is Gen cheap when played to the max? Probably. Doesn't mean you shouldn't respect someone who can take Gen to that level though.

Gen is extremely cheap if played correctly, for sure. Kim1234, JWong, and I think Floe(?) were streaming from LA before they left for Vegas and they were all talking about how the Gens in the Japanese arcades were the most despised players because of how broken the character is.
