Even if I think about it, I still enjoyed the film. Everyone in the theater laughed at Talia's death. Bane didn't get a proper death, the bomb was a boring, tried and true, non-unique plot (at least the Joker added in that the two boats could kill eachother, morality issues etc.). Cliche "the goddamn batman, of course he got away." (Movie would have been better if he died). Despite all this, I still thoroughly enjoyed the film and take it for what it was.
Comic book nerds, alternatively, are almost never pleased with anything.
almost never
Spiderman 2. Spiderman. Thor. Avenger. Captain America. The last hulk movie. Iron Man. Iron Man 2. Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, I can go on.
Leroy sometimes I wonder how you expect to get a PhD given your terrible logic skills.
Those people raging about it clearly did not enjoy the movie, otherwise they would not be shitting blood and spitting bile. Unless you know, they enjoy things that make them angry.
Two rules: If you're going to make a comic movie, stick to mythos and canon. If you cannot stick to that, you better make a damn good movie anyway. Fans will forgive non-mythos shit if the movie is still "good." Generally speaking, (and I'm being anecdotal here) most of the comic movies that are liked by comic book fans are generally considered good by the general populace. Those they "hate" rage from terrible to mediocre for the general populace. There are exceptions to this rule of mine, but for the most part it seems to be on point.
