Met a fencer in a college class. He brought in his whole fencing attire and shit one day, including his "retired samurai sword" cause he does some sword martial arts. He was one of the creepiest weirdest people I've ever met, and was FULL OF SHIT about everything that came out of his mouth. He told us once he was asked to teach marine sniping classes cause he hit some 5mile headshot at some camp thing... probably shouldn't have said that shit in front of a few marines.

What the fuck are you talking about? The olympics are going fantastically, an inordinate amount of preparation has gone in to it.

And if you actually did watch any of these fuck-ups, you would know that the judges are selected from across the globe so, if they had won the bid, could just as easily have been in Chicago in 2016 making the USA 'look weak'.

I do know the judges are international and this could just as easily been any other country aside from the opening ceremony. What do either of those have to do with what I said?

really, it's great that your friends and family are enjoying the olympics, mine are too(hell, there's even a competitor who's grown up in gyms around me in NJ - steven gluckstein)...but I was merely making a comment at all of the rage I've been seeing online and your post would have been meaningful had you not lost your shit

Also, today(apparently has been since overturned: http://www.insidebayarea.com/olympics/ci_21230175) a US boxer went up against an indian boxer and demolished him in rounds 2 and 3 and the indian was awarded the win. Indian boxer spit out his mouthpiece on purpose and would not stop holding and grabbing the american. But I did manage a laugh when the ref announced the Indian the winner but inadvertently tugged on the american's hand making him think he won.
