What's wrong with CrossFit? If your hatred stems from the capitolization of "interval training mixed with plyometrics and compound lifts" then I can sorta understand that. we have beach PT in the morning, it's like "CrossFit" but none of us makes rubber band banks from it, we just refer to shit like that as CrossFit cause it's easier than saying "yeah we did circuit training with bags of sand and swimming alone ith sprints and various other exercises,etc,etc."

If its cause qalpal isn't ready for it yet then I got ya.
