i stopped regularly checking this insanity by page 40 or so, but you guys do know the pretty much all that's going to happen is more people are going to go to chickfila? the people that had a problem w/ their (obviously retarded, not disputing it) stance on gay marriage were pretty much already not eating there. the folks on the more conservative side of the street will go out of their way to go there now. i know plenty of folks from back home that are. i'm sure this has already been brought up/no one cares/etc.

Donating even 5 cents for a hate group to me is too much, you apparently disagree, but i suppose we value this issue differently. And hopefully for us, it won't just be one person that will stop eating at chickfila, so perhaps it might even be 10 cents out of the hands of hate groups!

I don't think it's a major gamebreaker either. Of course we'd want you to still donate and support pro-gay groups. Necessity forces us to be realistic. Of course we'd prefer it if you supported gay groups and never gave a cent, directly or not, to anti-gay groups, but that would be an ideal. It's fine if you indirectly gave 4 cents to a hate group, but helped at a gay pride parade or whatever. We're not in a position to refuse your help, regardless of how unpleasant it might be. If you feel that you have to have your chicken, then go right ahead, and if it just so happens you donate 10 backs to a pro-gay group afterwards to clear your conscious, gay groups probably find this perfectly agreeable. Fortunately no major gay group has refused to accept help from people who eat at chickfila, so those concerns over a "gamebreaker" are immaterial.

Just to clarify: I've never even heard of Chick-Fil-A before these issues, much less ate at one. And even so, I don't eat much if any real fast food.
