Basically a member had a problem and complained to sono about me. He sent it to me stating, "Hey, I think you should handle this now that you are a mod." It was an administrative issue and thats what happens when you are a member of a moderation team. A lot of people here have never worked for corporation and have no idea how management works so of course there are going to be people running around throwing a fit.

HR does not forward the original complaint written by the person filing the grievance. That would be very illegal. You have no idea what you're talking about. Shit like that in a corporate setting has to be kept confidential. If it isn't, that is lawsuit fuel.

wrong. and it wasn't handled well. She spoke to sono. The CORRECT way for sono to have addressed it would have been for him to put the complaints in his own words and kept her name out of it. That is how HR works.

I was not told to take punitive actions against anyone, I was asked to talk to her about how she felt. Sono felt it was appropriate and he is the administrator of the forum. Plain and simple, he makes the rules and if he feels like having one of his employees handle some correspondence there isnt a problem with it.
