Well I treat it like it is because I actually have goals for this place and I want to do some pretty amazing things if I can get these ideas off the ground. There is so much potential here .

Conformity, no one's bitching about how you handled it. Your response was quite amicable, whether or not that matters isn't up to any of us. You said yourself that Lin was a "valued member", and that valued member flat out considered leaving because of how Sonomaa childishly handled the situation. Handing off a conversation to you verbatim is ridiculous, if Lin wanted to deal with you, she would have spoken to you directly.

Do not get this wrong, Sono does not treat this as a business any more than we do. Granted, he may make some money off of it, but he takes a ton of this shit personally and acts based on impulsive emotional responses. Anything that can be considered calculating he throws his hands up at and goes "I didnt know". This time he was robotrippin or dropping nyquil and doesn't even remember it.

If you want to act like it's a business on his behalf, it would behoove you to suggest to him to act like it's a fucking business.

It was a formal complaint and it was addressed formally and out of my "Conformity" character. Forum business gets handled like forum business. If you dont want a formal complaint of yours addressed formally, dont make one. Once again, this is a business.
