Honestly, if you're looking to get a figurine, not a figma, you're going to be spending at a minimum of 60 dollars on one.

Don't know if you would consider them 'anime' but I have a few FFVIII figures I could part with. $60 + shipping for Rinoa, $40+ shipping for Selphie. The boxes aren't sealed but they're in like new condition.
