Start your squat days off with this possibly:
20x body weight squats (get low mother fucker). X3 rounds
Walk it out 2min
10xdumbell squats x2 rounds
Now do your regular sets for gains (ie, squats, front squats, whatever)
Gotta wake those muscles up, make em remember what you want the to do.

my plan is to just get big and strong enough that my six-pack shows up incidentally
currently, i am working towards this goal by squatting maximal weights everyday
getting leaner, even with occasional postworkout cheeseburger binges
start with a high-bar squat
squat down, pushing your knees out and lifting your chest, stand back up
take videos of stuff, i'd bet you were stiff-legging your deadlifts
videos are so important, even if you are the only one who watches them
i try to take video at every training session
i like to think of myself as a piston going up and down
head up isn't really necessary, i tend to just stare forward
bodyweight squats are not weighted squats, and don't reflect weighted squat form
front squats or goblet squats are a better corrective exercise
