    Is your form shit using only body weight? Maybe it's all that dancing you've been doing. (random late night text of confusion)

    Start your squat days off with this possibly:

    20x body weight squats (get low mother fucker). X3 rounds
    Walk it out 2min
    10xdumbell squats x2 rounds
    Now do your regular sets for gains (ie, squats, front squats, whatever)
    Gotta wake those muscles up, make em remember what you want the to do.

    bodyweight squats are not weighted squats, and don't reflect weighted squat form
    front squats or goblet squats are a better corrective exercise
