That being said I am assuming you have never worked in a large office setting or any office job for that matter if you don't see how photo shopping someones head onto Miss Piggies body with a caption that says slut amongst other suggestions from Wop could be harassment. Just because you think it is a joke or Wop thinks it is a joke doesn't mean the woman in question thinks it is a joke. It could very well bring up some very bad memories for her or make her feel embarrassed for whatever reason. As soon as this "joke" creates a hostile work environment where one person is uncomfortable then it is harassment.

Yeaaah... I can't agree with this. The posting of the picture here wasn't harassment. It was just a normal picture of her from her facebook for the purposes of shooping. He didn't link to her facebook, Siralin reverse image searched the image to find her facebook and then posted it. It would have been harassment if he put up a shooped picture of her in the office.

I have to ask though, would it have been harassment if he put up the picture of ms.piggy with captions, even though it wouldn't have included anything about her?

Attempt to commit a crime is still a crime. You could argue that he was never going to attempt it, but the fact that this thread even exists is proof towards the contrary. Not conclusive proof obviously, but what purpose does this thread serve if he wasn't trying to perform sexual harassment? "Hey guys this girl that you don't give a fuck about is sleeping her way to the top." No one makes a thread that useless. I'm just saying if you provide materials to make a bomb and ask someone to make it for you so you can use it. You could get arrested for it.

While what Siralin did wasn't for morally justifiable reasons, would Wop not deserve the consequences of his actions? If someone is talking shit about a coworker behind their back obviously with coworkers, calling her a slut and trashing her reputation then how would you handle it if you were his boss? If she isn't sleeping her way to the top then Wop is just a complete asshole who's probably whining over someone he's jealous of and deserves to be fired. If she is sleeping her way to the top, Wop still shouldn't act like a child and learn how to deal with the situation. Odds are there is some mechanism in the company to address these kinds of issues. Though the irony of ironies is that Wop would be getting her fired probably in that case, and we can start arguing over whether or not that was justifiable.

What he does with it is irrelevant, he posted his intent publicly, and someone notified her what he was planning to do. The fact that it was public, had her picture that would lead anyone with basic internet savvy to her FB page is harassment. And jobs can and will fire people over stuff publicly posted on the internet like on Facebook, so if he wanted to make fun of her with his 'team', maybe one of his 'team' should not be a complete idiot and know how to do basic MSPaint or Photoshop instead of posting all that on a public forum and getting mad his 'privacy' was violated.
