    ATI radeon HD 4650 video skipping

    I keep getting about a second or so of video lag when watching streaming videos. It's generally not a problem, but I've been watching subtitled stuff lately and i keep missing lines. My drivers are up to date, not really sure what else to do.

    Turn off hardware acceleration in flash.

    I also had to turn hardware acceleration in my browser options!
