Based on everything that we've seen, he's done everything that I could ask for without seeing the actual plot, quest structure, and content of the game. The building blocks certainly look to be in-place. Whether we'll see content designed to promote people helping one another (separate loot pools for every mob, full XP regardless of claim for helping to kill, public quests that don't need a party and reward full XP for participating, ect.) is stuff we'll have to (and should) worry about later.
In terms of the meat and potatoes; the base of which you design a game around, he's nailed everything I can think of off of the top of my head. SE has never done that before, so yeah, I'ma give credit where credit is due.
Seriously hyped for the alpha/beta now. I hope we get lots of betas and long periods of play-time during each.
