    Not won, but most likely. The winner of Italy/Uruguay can still win the group by scoring a bunch of goals. That's assuming Costa Rica loses to England, but at this point I won't be surprised if they beat them too.

    Also lol I don't think anyone expected Costa Rica to make it out of the group that included Uruguay, Italy, and England. Much less be the first ones to make it out.

    Doesn't head-to-head result between two teams take precedence over goal differential? I thought goal differential was for between teams that had tied or a three way tie where all teams went 1-1 against the others.
