how does a games + month ban work? do they run concurrently? like if he misses 4 games but its over the span of 4 months he can be reinstated or is it like 9 games + 4 months or what?

My guess is that both of those need to be fulfilled before he can play again. If its been 4 months but he's only missed 5 games then his suspension will continue for 4 more games. Or if he misses 9 games in 2 months, hes still gotta wait 2 more months.
