US had more chances today in the first half than they did against Germany, at least. It felt for most of that game the only chance the US had was a 0-0 tie. I think they have a better chance of scoring today. Not saying they will, but it doesn't feel as predetermined.

US defended pretty well, Howard saved your bacon a few times.
Courtois saved ours once.

Origi's definetely having more impact than Lukaku had in the group matches. De Bruyne's well in the game as well.

On the US side, frankly Johnson's wound might've been a blessing in disguise: Yedlin's been the most dangerous offensively.
